The Makram Aboul Hosn Septet
The Makram Aboul Hosn Septet is a Jazz group dedicated to individual, and collective creative expression. Their repertoire consists mostly of compositions by Makram Aboul Hosn. The unusual lineup of two saxophones, two drum sets, double bass, and electric bass opens very exciting rhythmic and harmonic doors, while retaining a lot of space and freedom for the musicians to improvise within.
